From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'SableHarbor Pizzeria started with an ambitious goal: to share true Neapolitan pizzas in London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our little family-owned pizza shop has nurtured recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, acquired the pizza craft on her Italian odysseys, apprenticing with Napoli pizza masters—the pioneers of pizza. When she settled back in the UK, her aim was to replicate the enchanting taste of authentic Italian pizzas, adhering strictly to ancestral techniques and picking only premium ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat pizza shop has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet we've always stayed true to our roots. Our wood-fire ovens still roar, our dough is always prepared fresh daily, and we settle for nothing less than the superior ingredients.
Currently, 'SableHarbor Pizzeria' is under the stewardship of the same family, with the Rossi's next generation shepherding our dedicated crew. Even though we've adopted a few contemporary upgrades, our essence persists: making scrumptious, genuine pizza that gathers friends and family.
